These terms apply when you browse or buy from Phone Cases For Charity at phonecasesforcharity.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: hello@phonecasesforcharity.com.

Products and orders

Our phone cases are printed to order for the phone model you choose. Please check the model before you pay. Product images are mockups; colours can vary slightly between screens and the printed case. We may cancel and fully refund an order we cannot fulfil.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Promotional codes only apply where the checkout accepts them, one per order unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Shipping within the US is free. Orders ship within 48 business hours; delivery time after that depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed. Any holiday order-by dates we publish are recommendations, not promises. See shipping.

Returns

Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. See returns for how to start one.

Gift cards and gift codes

Digital gift cards and codes are redeemable for cases as described on the gift page. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Our designs

The artwork on our cases and site belongs to us or our licensors. You may share links and photos of your case, but you may not reproduce or resell our designs.

Liability

Our cases are decorative, everyday phone cases. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
