Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Phone Cases For Charity (phonecasesforcharity.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question, email hello@phonecasesforcharity.com.

What we collect

• Order details. When you buy, we receive the name, shipping address, email and phone number (if given) you enter at checkout, plus what you ordered. We use them to make, ship and support your order.
• Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Gift details. If you send a digital gift card, we store the recipient’s name and email or phone number and your message so we can deliver it.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
• Email sign-up. If you enter your email for the first-order discount, we store the address, the page you signed up on and the date, and may use it to send you offers and new-drop news. Unsubscribe any time by emailing us.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small cookie to remember which phone type your browser appears to be, and your browser’s local storage to keep your cart and preferences (for example, a dismissed banner). Google Analytics sets its own cookies. If we run advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Pinterest, their pixels may also load to measure whether ads lead to purchases; they receive page and cart events but not your name or address. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, but your cart may not be remembered.

Gift reveal cards

The free reveal card at /gifts/reveal lives entirely in the link you create. We do not store the names or message you type into it.

Who we share information with

We share only what is needed to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), our print and fulfillment partner (Printify and its print providers) to make and ship your case, email delivery services for order and gift emails, Google Analytics, and (when enabled) the Meta and Pinterest advertising pixels. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for fulfillment, returns, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@phonecasesforcharity.com. We will not use your email for marketing unless you have signed up for it, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. See also our terms, shipping and returns pages.
