Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may take 7–14 business days. Duties/taxes may apply depending on your country.

Question 4

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day guarantee on defects and printing errors. Since we print to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. All refunds are full refunds.

Question 5

How do I return a case?

Accepted Answer

Contact our support team with your order number. We'll arrange a return label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Question 6

What if my case doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

Our cases are precision-fitted for your exact model. If you selected the wrong model at checkout, we'll help you swap to the correct one at no extra cost.

Question 7

What material are the cases?

Accepted Answer

Our cases feature a slim polycarbonate shell with a soft-touch matte finish. The camera area has a raised 1.5mm lip to protect your lens.

Question 8

Are the designs fade-resistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our direct-to-case printing process bonds the design into the material. With normal use, colors remain vibrant for 2+ years.

Question 9

Do the cases support MagSafe?

Accepted Answer

Our standard cases are MagSafe-compatible. The polycarbonate shell doesn't interfere with magnetic mounts or chargers.

Question 10

How accurate is the fit?

Accepted Answer

Precision-fit to within ±0mm of your model. We have unique cutouts for every button, speaker, USB port, and camera module on your specific device.

Question 11

Will the buttons be hard to press?

Accepted Answer

No. We use tactile button covers that give responsive feedback. The buttons are just as easy to press as without a case.

Question 12

Are the camera cutouts too big?

Accepted Answer

The camera cutout has a 1.5mm raised lip, so it sits slightly above the lens. This gives full lens coverage while protecting the glass from scratches.

Question 13

How do I clean my case?

Accepted Answer

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the case. Avoid harsh chemicals, acetone, or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.

Question 14

Will the case yellow over time?

Accepted Answer

Our matte finish is UV-stable and resists yellowing. The finish will remain vibrant and soft-touch for years with normal use.

Question 15

Is the case waterproof?

Accepted Answer

No. While the polycarbonate shell offers splash resistance, we don't recommend submerging the case. Keep it away from prolonged water exposure.
